The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the Software is transferred to you.
You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the Software will remain the exclusive property of Auto Frame Pro, and you will not acquire any rights to the Software except as expressly set forth in this license.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL AUTO FRAME PRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Software. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the Software at any time without notice. We are not obligated to provide any updates, upgrades, enhancements, modifications, or new versions of the Software.
If we provide updates to the Software, such updates may be subject to additional or different terms. Your continued use of the Software after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Delaware for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
